Delaney Wright Fine Arts Preschool offers the Los Angeles community year-round care, including summer care.  All of our school closure dates (breaks and holidays) follow the Los Angeles Unified School District schedule and scheduled half-days are listed on our annual calendar.  Admission is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with priority given to currently enrolled children and their siblings.  If there are no openings available, children will be placed on the waiting list and parents will be contacted when a space becomes available.

We offer tours individually by appointment at the convenience of the family and the staff.  The tour serves as an opportunity for parents to see the campus and discuss with the Director the philosophy and curriculum of the program, as well as determine whether Delaney Wright is the right fit for the child and the family’s needs.   After the tour, parents will be given the Reservation Application, which is also available here (clickable link to the Application Process page).  Once we receive the Reservation Application, the application fee (which is nonrefundable), and a space becomes available, we will contact parents to confirm enrollment.

Once a child is enrolled, parents will complete and return the Registration Packet (which will be emailed to the parents upon enrollment confirmation).  Before the child begins, families are asked to arrange a couple of orientation times so that the child can gain familiarity with the teachers, children, and environment before the first day of attendance.  This orientation time is very helpful for the child and for the family, as everyone is able to get better acquainted with the school in anticipation of this very important transition.

| In the event of a crisis that should prevent in-person tours from being conducted safely, remote options such as FaceTime or Zoom tours and interviews will be offered in their place. In-person tours and interviews may be offered at the discretion of the director on days when the school is closed. Such offerings will be available by appointment only and require strict adherence to health and safety precautions. Prospective parents will be notified of opportunities as they arise on a case-by-case basis.
